「I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt.」

「This is an old and dated motel. Nothing fancy and not ever going to be more than a 2 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Very nice bed. Plumbing worked well, with good supply of soap/shampoo/etc. And the price was great. Good place for a night if you need or want to stay in Marceline.」
