This hotel says lakeview, our view was looking under the entry way awning and above the balcony railing, so not much lakeview really, they ran out of towels at the waterpark,ckids had no towels to dry off with, out of hotel towels so limited showers. And no extra blankets, we were given one extra sheet, we had 5 kids with us so that was a bit annoying. I feel like the staff were trting to be friendly after holiday weekend.

Stayed on forth floor elevator only went to third .Did not sevice room on 2 days closet with towels and coffee across hall so serviced room ourselves. Windows on third floor breakfast room facing waterfogged up only view of water forus, also this area no air conditioning working .Even though we dont watch to much tv the sound on tv was distorted had to have volume up to drown out noise from airconditioner.One day had hallway blocked on first floor with laundry carts right at elevator and stairway fire marshall would have wrote citation . The only good thing is bed was comfortable.Will not book thru expedia again

Disappointed. Look for the price point I did not have high expectations. But even still this hotel failed to meet them. The bed did not have fitted sheets. The AC could not be turned down below 74 so our room was hot and they only sell water for cash which when you arrive at 11pm means no water for you until the next morning because everything is closed. It would not take much for them to significantly improve the experience. Get fitted sheets, let me adjust the air to a temperature between 69-72 degrees and let me buy a bottle of water with a debit or credit card.

The location in relation to the city was decent. It was about a 10 minute walk to the shopping areas and Shepler’s ferry. It’s right across the street from Arnold ferry, so keep that in mind when booking. I was disappointed with the room and lobby. They do not offer breakfast and the options for drinks and snacks is very poor. Being that you aren’t close to the main shopping and restaurants, you’re either walking or driving to get anything of substance to eat or drink. The room was their king, queen, sleeper sofa room. The sofa room, which was right as you walked in, has no airflow, so it is stuffy and hot. The TV was not even connected and required Spectrum to come fix it. The security lock on the door was cracked and had only one screw keeping it attached to the door. The towels in the bathroom were partly stained/discolored, requiring us to request more towels. The AC itself in the main room wasn’t very strong/inconsistent so I woke up hot and cold throughout the night without adjusting it at all. The remote for the TV in the main room was not programmed and they didn’t have anyone on site to fix it, so we couldn’t watch TV in either room and they made no room price adjustments. The screen on the screen door to the balcony was significantly ripped and not secure, making it difficult to leave the slider open and not worry about bugs. The water park area was entertaining but I highly question its level of cleanliness and there were some safety concerns.

The had both indoor and outdoor pool. But the only issues is we were on the 4th floor and the elevator only went to the 3rd floor had to walk up 16 stairs to get to our room.

This listing is an absolute lie. Lies. Lies. Lies. Do not believe any of the amenities listed will be available. The outdoor pool. Doesn’t belong to them. That’s right. The outdoor pool. In the main picture. Doesn’t belong to them. The Lakeview room. You can’t see the lake from the room I was put in. Expedia cs spent 30 min explaining to me how an amenity of an outdoor pool is not guaranteed that it will be useable. It is only guaranteed that I will be able to view the outdoor pool from my room. That’s right. A lake view is now a pool view of a pool that can’t be used by guests. So I paid extra for a lakeview room which included a pool view. There is no outdoor pool. They don’t own one. The indoor hot tub. Only partially heats hot water and 4-5 jets work. The sauna doesn’t work. The laundry room. Not for guests. Let’s see what else. My smoke detector didn’t have a battery which I only knew bc it was open with no battery. They literally didn’t care and didn’t put a battery in it during my 3 day stay. Do not stay here. Period.
