The room smelled, the towels were like sandpaper, there were cigarette burns on the blakets in our room and our friends room. The refrigerator wasnt on so had to wait forever for it to cool down. Extermeley noisy, sounded like someone was bowling in the room above us, people outside talking really loud until almost midnight. It was just plain nasty.

It’s a nice motel but they don’t have coffee. Just a little coffee pot with horrible tasting coffee, our room had no refrigerator, but they did have an ice machine, the hot tub isn’t very hot and it was dirty. But the rooms are very nice and seem clean

It was close to everything. The outdoor mall is close. The Ferry is in walking distance..A beach is not to far away. Simply a beautiful peaceful quiet area

This really was a great property overall. It's in good condition and obviously they keep it up. The only reason I marked down slightly is for how humid it is inside the rooms. Obviously being by the lake it's gonna be a little bit more humid, but if there was something they could do to help with the rooms humidity that a bit it would be perfect! Location was outstanding!

I did not know that my sheets weren't changed, went to make my bed the next day. And notice that the sheets had sweat marks, and I don't sweat like that.. i looked at the pillow that they had flipped around and it was filled with sweat. I had not used that pillow, i really wished I would have checked the bed before I got in it and slept. It's disgusting.. plus the bed was as hard as a brick.. I would highly suggest go somewhere else. Don't go to this place. Paid three hundred dollars to sleep in somebody else's filth.

We were disappointed. There was no bathroom in the Lobby. We traveled close to 7 hours and had to wait to get to our room. We liked that it was close to downtown and the Ferry. It was nice to get discounted tickets, but when you say you will be open at 8 am, please be there at 8 am. We waited for 15-20 minutes and decided to eat breakfast and come back for the Ferry tickets. The room was blah! No towel rack to even hang a hand towel! One conditioning shampoo available couldn't have been smaller. The fan in the bathroom couldn't have been louder! Surprisingly, the AC wasn't too loud. We don't mind basic, but it could have been better.

Not exactly what I expected for a tourist town at +$200/night. Musty smell when entering the room. Obvious water damage signs in ceiling, floor and bathroom that appeared covered up. Wouldn’t choose if back in the area to stay again.
