「Zimmer war sehr sauber,das ist das wichtigste. Ansonsten extrem veraltete Unterkunft. Der alten Klimaanlage scheint ein Großteil des Kältemittels verdunstet zu sein, sie schafft keine hohen Temperaturen zu senken und ist laut. Bett ok,aber Kissen klumpig und sollten ersetzt werden. Im Waschbecken fehlt der Ablaufstöpsel,was sehr nervig ist,da man immer aufpassen muss,daß dort nichts hineinfällt. Insgesamt also nichts dolles,aber durch die immerhin hohe Sauberkeit für Arco wohl durchaus eine...

「I was a little early but when I arrived there was an older woman behind the desk with a sign on the counter that said be right back with a customer.. I waited at least 5 minutes and finally asked her if I needed to ring the bell. She snickered and said oh yah and pulled the sign down and asked what we needed and I told her to check in so she checked and said oh Yeah your room is ready but it is early so there is a $50.00 charge for 1 hour. I have NEVER had this happen to me at any other hotel...

「Beautiful rooms. Location is right on Main St in Hailey. Shopping, restaurants, and groceries within walking distance. Bus stop by the hotel for rides to Ketchum and Sun Valley if you are looking to avoid traffic. Ketchum and Sun Valley are walkable so no need to drive up there. Was in Hailey for the 4th of July parade which started a block from the hotel.」

「Great hotel in a great location. Everything in Ketchum is within a short walk - you can park your car in their free/included parking lot and simply walk for the duration of your stay. Hotel staff were great, the rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and inviting, the bathrooms are clean and nice, and the pool is great too. This will be my family's go-to for future Sun Valley stays.」

「Condo was comfortably furnished and well equipped for a pleasant stay. Location just north of downtown is excellent. The complex is undergoing a big construction project which was a little disruptive. The complex is shockingly dark at night, and the unit did not have an outside light, which I did not like. Contact person was very helpful. On the whole I recommend this property, but bring a flashlight!」
