Booked online and arrived to find the room I’d booked given to the person who just drove in apparently there was a lag between me booking and hotel receiving email confirmation from wotif. Only had one room left which was very dirty, bed and pillows need replacing. Had to use shoulder to open door as it needs repairing. Glass doors had kids smeared food all over them. Only good part was the meal at the Bowls Club, staff very friendly and food delicious.

Hotel Manager was very accommodating and it was a hassle free, enjoyable stay. Our room was massive, plenty of cupboard space, the entire place was free of riff raff and all other guests were comfortable and socialised with ease
