The Staff were lovely, the room was clean, the food at the restaurant was great, the only thing that was missing was soap in the bathroom when you go to the toilet otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Great staff interaction right from book in. Room was comfortable and had all the usual motel amenities. Complimentary cereal was a nice touch. Will stay here again if travelling in the region.

Stayed 2 nights. No cleaning or fresh towels in either of our rooms. Management blamed cleaners for missing room. Both rooms ??? Really?!

Airconditioning did take awile ti cool room down. Shower head too largw and shower wad a lityle small. Tap on sink needed fixing but generally fine place to stay.
Had a restaurant attached. Didnt use as had own food but smells were delicious. Petson on reception was happy to tell you about the motel and services. Cleaning staff were nice to talk too this morning

The only good thing about our stay was the person in reception she did her best to fix a couple of issue we had with the room, but something needs to be done to clean rooms correctly, food in fridge when we arrived freezer needed defrosting, bathroom dirty, hairs on toilet, not ours yuk, would never stay again.

Perfect place to overnight on a longer journey. Very clean, quiet, great staff and close to supermarkets and so on. It is basic but that is all you need. Recommended.

The Staff were amazing. We checked (11pm. was at Mackay hospital with a family member) in late and they called us to ensure we were ok. They asked if there was anything they could help with and I replied, some food left in our room and 2 beers would be great. They left 2 wraps and 2 beers in the fridge which was awesome. Very outdated, expensive for the facility. Counter staff friendly, however clear there has been little to no reinvestment into the facility for a long time.
Would recommend passing this one up.

There were brown stains on the towels and doona, carpets were stained, limited PowerPoints, room smelt like a public toilet, half used cake of soap in shower, cockroaches crawling around, aircon didn’t work properly, shower was very small, no blankets for single beds. Wouldn’t recommend at all. If I could give less stars than 1 I would.
