Location is excellent for walking if you have no vehicle. Close to shopping centre, cbd, coffee shops,river walks. 5 minutes from airport. Apartment clean, bed comfortable.

well the property was ok except property was bare minum cleaned, possibly only bed done stains on curtains, carpets ect, communication was kinda bad initially after almost a day withouy speaking to someone once we got there, beautiful place we enjoyed it for sure.

We had the best time.. apartment was just spotless .. could do with updated shower curtain not sure why we were in there was a disabled bathroom .. BUT it was ok ..close to lots of things … thanks Paulene from Mackayxxx

Communication from the property manager was poor regarding process to check-in, location of property, and process to pay damage bond (they called me on a Sunday morning). I also did not receive a response to my request for a late check-out despite calling and sending text messages (as advised). Suggest they include in the accommodation description that the unit is in the Oaks hotel/serviced apartments complex and improve the process to secure damage bond.

Easy walk to supermarket and cafes, undercover parking, very clean and comfortable, stocked with sufficient amenities. Exhaust fans required for cooking, including microwave, and bathrooms were quite loud. Check in required a couple of phone calls to arrange, this was in the small print, however instructions were easy to follow and worked smoothly. Good location in central Mackay
