Curtains had mould. Ants on bathroom walls and kitchen bench. Could not use kitchen facility as we did not have a stove in our room. $25 each for cocktails that bar staff had no idea how to make. No room service or any services were available. The view was great though. I would not recommend.

Mackay Oceanside Central Hotel
The room was great, the flapping builders plastic from the industrial storage in the EV charging bay that i planned to use was not. The work Ute's leaving at 4am and the alarm that went for 45mins shortly afterwards were little cherries on top.

Mid City Motor Inn
Room as expected and stayed before. Kids loved the pool. But reception just isn’t open enough to actually take advantage of the ‘free’ breakfast as can only collect after 8:30am.. and it shuts at 8pm the night before so not that great. Poorest area was the washing machine… free to use which is great, ...
