O hotel estava bem localizado, 3 minutos a pé da estação de trem, ao lado de várias lojinhas e restaurantes. Quarto limpo e confortável. O quarto era pequeno, mas tinha tudo que precisávamos. Café da manhã muito bom!

My only consideration for the hotel is to consider adding fans; the rooms were rather hot at night. However, this is a GREAT place to stay, the employees are super nice and attentive. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is great.

Good location - close to train station and shopping/dining. Older/traditional rooms/bathrooms. It was a bit noisy in our room with the constant sounds from the plumbing. Hot water was in the shower was the best we saw in all of our trip to Peru though. Friendly, helpful staff.

Small but very clean room. Had hot shower but no hot water in the sink. I booked this hotel on Expedia. Generally, Expedia give you final price but, they charged addition 5% as a credit card processing fee. Breakfast and location was very nice.

This hotel is well, located near the train station and a busy part of town, perfect for seeing what Aguascalientes has to offer. It was clean and comfortable and a great value for the price. If you're a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs; most of the town seems to be pretty active until late at night. What really tipped this into five stars though, was the staff. They were so helpful and when they learned we would be up and out very early in the morning before we could take advantage of their breakfast, they packed us bag lunches to take with us! They were very thoughtful and helpful and I would stay here again.

The guy in the front desk asked for $15 USD extra if we pay by credit card, for a 1 night stay!! This is a absolute rip-off (12% added to final booking cost shown in Expedia). We had to use our USD cash reserves to avoid.

Staff was very friendly, location was great, clean and in the midst of all the excitement of Aguas Callientes. Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. My room was on the 4th floor (btw, no elevator so be ready to be walk up some flights)…Either my next door neighbors brought their Xbox and were playing “Call of Duty” with the blaring sound of machine guns and the volume turned up high or it was the residents who lived across the way, playing the same game in the comfort of their own home with their windows wide open. Funny how there were 2 sets of ear plugs supplied in the room on the nightstand. The train station is also close by so I appreciate the efforts to try to mask out the sounds. Front desk was accommodating and stored our luggage while we went to Machu Pichu. Didn’t get to try their breakfast. Overall it was fine for the one night.
