Very central so easy to access all restaurants, bus terminal, and train station. Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Very simple breakfast, but satisfying. Just what we needed for our overnight in Aguas Calientes. A plus: free luggage storage.

Really friendly staff - even took me to the bus ticket office in the rain on arrival to ensure all went well on our Machu Pichu visit.

This place was so clean and that is a plus. The shower had hot water for us and we enjoyed our free breakfast. Also they stored our luggage for the day. The only drawback was the room and bathroom was very small. We were happy with this choice

Great location.

They have nice breakfast. Rooms are clean & modern. Comfortable bed & pillows. Hot shower. Very close to the train station & bus station. Affordable price. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, very clean, very nice. Overall we are happy with it just a couple of things to do better at.... Limited dining for breakfast, not enough tables and chairs and didnt bring out enough food. Also they were way too concerned about how many towels we had. Thanks.

The room was very clean and good enough for the purpose of going to Machu Picchu. We were lucky as we got one of the rare rooms that have a window to the outside of the building. The breakfast was okay but does not match the pictures. The staff was friendly and nice but we felt a little exploited as they wanted to sell us water for way more than it actually cost - the price was clearly written next to water bottles but they wanted us to pay almost twice as much because the prices were apparently old and incorrect.

we only stayed for one night. but the property was beautiful and met our needs. the only suggestion i would tell others is, to have a print out for your stay there. may have been a new employee but its always safe to have paperwork printed. they do have free wifi. very convenient hotel as we did the machu picchu tour, it was very close to the bus station. they do have storage boxes where you can place your belonging. you must provide your own lock.

Hotel was in a good location and staff were friendly. However, there was not much sound proofing between our room and other rooms and the downstairs lobby. It did not bother us much though because we were so tired each night. Also, the room was very small for 3 single beds.

Stayed 1 night, 3 minute walk to machu picchu bus, they backed our breakfast so we could take it to go at 4:30am (we had 6 am entrance). Nice hot water shower and good bedding

It was a decent spot to stay at for a night. There isnt an elevator so be careful if you get to the top floor 😳

they had 4 beds (the only good thing), but they were so hard to sleep on. Bathroom was so outdated and disgusting. Us, family of 4, stayed there a night and we couldn't wait to get out of that hotel, if you want to call it that. The guy at the desk was creepy and wouldnt leave after getting us our room. This is one of the hotels that look good on Expedia but doesn't meet any expectation. Maybe ok for single backpackers, but NOT for an American family.

Gruppen vår var på 7 personer. Vi overnattet én natt da vi skulle til Machu Picchu dagen etter. Det var internett i våre 3 rom, rommene var rene, personalet var veldig serviceinnstilte. Frokosten var enkel men mettende. Bagasjen vår kunne oppbevares uten ekstra kostnad.
