The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. There was early morning rain - my bike was near swamped. Staff did not even attempt to tell me of the rain issues or wake me. They did manage to ...

Fraudulent all the way!
The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund.

the property is in dire needs to renovation..all the linens, furniture etc were super dirty! Could see food waste everywhere in the room
