Due to poor maintainence, the air conditioner in my room was leaking water causing me to skip and injure myself. The hotel staff took quick action to attend to me and dos everything in their power to make things right. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful and would stay again.

Surpreendente. Hotel realmente é incrível, funcionários cordias e simpáticos, sempre dispostos a atender todas as questões. Tive um probleminha na porta que não trancava por dentro, e rapidinho eles vieram resolver. Quarto grande, confortável, impecável. Café da manhã farto e tudo muito gostoso. Não utilizei piscina e academia mas pareceram ser ótimos também. Única questão é o estacionamento que estava bem cheio quando precisei e tem uma obra ao lado, então pra quem não quer acordar cedo, pode ser um probleminha. Resumindo, incrível e voltaria mais vezes nesse hotel
