Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated. When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

Café da manhã maravilhoso!! Água de côco, açaí e volantes quentinhos de pão de queijo, croissant, queijo coalho e banana da terra. Nunca vi isso em lugar nenhum. Estão de parabéns. Vou voltar e recomendo. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Recepção excelente com o funcionário Pedro. Praia calma, quente e sem ondas. Hotel super bem localizado.

Ficamos nesse hotel por 17 dias, localização excelente, de frente à praia, avenida principal, excelentes restaurantes e lojas, artesanato. Quarto ótimo, só tivemos problema com o box do banheiro, que estava entupido, mas resolvido.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, próximo a feirinha de artesanato, tem supermercado , farmácias próxima, hotel limpo, bem cuidado, funcionários educados, serviço de quarto muito bom, a vista da cobertura e simplesmente incrível, café da manhã excelente, tudo muito bom no hotel, a piscina e pequena, para mim não foi problema , porque não usamos piscina, sem dúvidas ano que vem . Voltarei lá já fiquei em outros hotéis em Maceió que não pretendo voltar nunca mais. Mas o Mercure já estou ansiosa pra voltar. Vale muito a pena.

Precisa melhor supervisão de serviços

Tenho considerações a fazer sobre o serviço de concierge/recepção e limpeza dos quartos. Antes da chegada foi me solicitado preencher o pré check in e depois o check-in online , onde forneci os dados completos de todos os passageiros, tais como, email, telefone e endereço no intuito de agilizar o processo, inclusive, recebi email de confirmação desses procedimentos. Para minha surpresa, ao chegarmos no hotel, tivemos que fornecer esses dados novamente. Qual a lógica? Outra questão foi a respeito da arrumação dos quartos, estávamos em 3 e somente havia 2 toalhas de banho, 1 de rosto e 1 único sabonete. No outro dia havia somente 1 toalha, no seguinte, faltava sabonete...ou seja, em tofosos dias da nossa estadia, tivemos que reclamar sobre algo. Há uma notória falta de coordenação e supervisão dos serviços no Mercure Pajucara.

Acidente atrapalhou a viagem

Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, quarto espaçoso com vista para o mar. Único problema: uma parte da calçada do hotel quebrada, torci o pé, tive que acionar o seguro-viagem e no hospital descobri que havia uma pequena fratura. Espero que arrumem logo para ninguém mais passar o mesmo.

Ficamos em quarto reformado, no nono andar, com vista mar, inclusive de dentro do box do chuveiro! O café da manhã tem muitas opções, dando, inclusive, para atender pessoas com restrições alimentares!... A equipe foi muito atenciosa, em especial a Anny da Recepção, a Juliana da Tapioca e o Carlos, o Oswaldo e a Tainá do Restaurante. O Mercure Hotel fica bem localizado, do lado da nova roda gigante de Maceió e perto de bons restaurantes, como o Marô e o 759 Parrilla, dando para fazer muita coisa a pé, entre elas: visitar o Pavilhão de Artesanato, a Feirinha de Artesanato, o Mercado das Artes...

Razoável. Encontrei uma barata no banheiro, ar condicionado não funcionava, mudei de quarto e novamente durante a madrugada também parou de funcionar, café da manhã bem fraco pelo preço. Honestamente vou repensar se volto a me hospedar novamente,
