We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Hotel aparentemente antigo, mas reformado, funcionários educados, próximo shopping, e frente para a praia (mas contém pedras),local com bastante plantas, peixes, tudo bem cuidado. Ponto a melhorar, horário do café, vimos apenas um rapaz, fazendo reposição dos alimentos, limpando as mesas,e atendemos hóspedes, faltou também telefone no quarto para falar com a recepção No geral tudo certo

Falta de atenção

Me colocaram no quarto com o ar condicionado pingando em cima da cama, descarga fraca, eu e minha família usávamos e tínhamos que dormir com mal cheiro pq não descia. Reclamei e nada foi feito e se foi não foi resolvido. Passei 3 noites com uma pingueira na cabeça. Eu só indico o parque, fora isto não indico a estadia a nenhum conhecido e nem vou mais.

Parabéns aos FUNCIONÁRIOS!

Esse hotel a um bom tempo vem passando por diversas dificuldades, neim vou relatar, é só você pensar em um prolema, os hospedes passam, infelizmente é um problema dos administradores por falta de investimento, os funcionários tem nada haver, e eles fazem malabarismo para atender os hospesdes, por isso que qualifico o que tem de melhor no hotel são os funcionários, destaco seu Carlos do restaurante, conhecido como Carlinhos, a falta de estrutura e equipe ele se vira nos 30 com atendimento de qualidade, e a recepiocinista Lúcia, uma grande simpatia. Espero que os administradores possam investir para melhor conforto dos hospedes e trabalho melhor qualidade para os funcionários. O Parque aquático há vários tempos sem funcionar os brinquedos 100%.

Quarto com presença de morfo. Em Condições de manutenção precária. Chegamos no hotel as 11:40h, porém o check in só às 14h e ao chegar no quarto tivemos que aguarda instalação da luz do banheiro que apresentava defeito, chuveiro sem aquecer, sem secador de cabelo e a fechadura do quarto com defeito.

Esta foi a terceira vez que me hospedei neste hotel, porém ele está abandonado. já foi muito bom, mas desta vez fiquei decepcionada, sem zeladoria , jardim sem cuidar , paredes dos quartos sem pintar , mofadas, portas com madeira desfazendo, , café da manhã fraco. Hotel com mini parque aquatico , parece estar sem zeladoria. Uma pena , pois o hotel era muito bom.
