This is a perfect place to stay in Macae. Hotel staff is very helpful and professional. Pools, gym, parking, awesome clean rooms, and great breakfast, all good.

The hotel is nice, very good location, clean and tidy. The staff is a bit difficult. We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. They weren't at all helpful and were very rude.

Good location.

Great location, helpful staff. Slight delay on check in as room wasn’t ready. Room needed some maintenance but was comfortable and well equipped. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Location, safe, dinning options. The Hotel Buffet breakfast it's very good,specially the fruit and pastries and the Service specially Heve. Our maid Josimara was as good and bubbly as they come. The Reception crew was great starting with Jose. We were two couples,we spent three weeks in February 2025. Thanks to everybody at the Comfort Suites Macae !!!!!!

Best location Macae

Best location in Macae for business or pleasure but like everything in Brazil we need to question value for money ... But this may not necessarily be the fault of the hotel itself.

The only reason I did not give it a five star: in the mornings I woke up early and went up to have breakfast. I tried to pick a a cup of tea and some fruits for my wife, who does not like elevators (the restaurante is in the top floor) and I could not. The hotel has a policy in place that prohibits anyone of taking any food or drink away from the restaurant, even if breakfast is already included in the room price! This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever seen in a hotel!

SOME of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Had some internet issues and they moved quickly to resolve. Major issue with cleanliness, it the first room I was assigned, while unpacking my clothes and putting in closet, i found a plastic bag inside and upon checking there was a CONDOM in the bag.. This obviously left me doubts as the cleaning staff capabilities. There was also an alarm that tripped at least once a day, very annoying after a 36hr journey, where I wanted to rest for meetings the following day

Fiquei no quarto 505 (ou 506 (não recordo exatamente), batente da porta solto e quase caiu em mim, quando entrei. Tampa do quadro de energia preso por único parafuso, ar condicionado com display pendurado por um fio e que não saí de 26ºC. Apresentei os pontos para a recepção e me trocaram de quarto para o 525, do qual, não há iluminação sobre a cama e os abajur das laterais, simplesmente, não acendia. Comuniquei a recepção que ofereceram para o rapaz da manutenção verificar, mas já estava tão exausta e desgasta que neguei. Afinal, para que possa destinar um quarto ao hóspede, ao menos devem verificar se está em condições de uso e não provocarem esse desgaste com o hóspede. Não pretendo nunca mais retornar a este hotel.

Faltou cuidados. Num sábado de sol, a piscina principal ficou interditada por todo o dia por falta de manipulação (limpeza). A piscina aquecida, NÃO AQUECE. O ar do ap 607 (que fiquei), só ventilava.

Hospedagem com problemas

Tivemos problema no check in pois o hotel estava “sem sistema”. Esperamos mais de 1 hora na recepção até conseguir finalmente entrar no quarto. Só tinha uma funcionária na hora do check in, então todos os hóspedes tiveram que esperar na fila. Na hora de colocar o carro na garagem enfrentei fila na rua pois o funcionário estava conferindo os dados de uma hóspede. Fiquei 10 min na fila fechando a rua. Vários motoristas buzinando atrás e mim, um pesadelo. Na noite de 01/02 para 02/02 um dos quartos do meu andar pediu comida e colocou a bandeja com os restos no corredor, até aí tudo bem, o problema foi que o hotel levou mais de 12h para recolher aqueles restou de comida com louça. Simplesmente tinha barata no corredor por causa das comidas que estavam ali. Se o hotel sabia que o hóspede tinha pedido jantar, eles tinham que ter o planejamento de retirar os restos mortais daquela refeição. Apesar de todo o caos, o hotel em si é muito bom, bem estruturado. Acredito que esteja faltando um planejamento maior, principalmente para os finais de semana dessa alta temporada. Espero que melhorem pois é um bom hotel. Infelizmente não tive uma boa hospedagem.

Boa opção de hotel

O hotel é muito bom. A estrutura é excelente e o café da manhã tem boa variedade e qualidade . O atendimento foi eficiente, mas poderia ser mais amigável. A piscina precisava de uma limpeza maior, mas sei que é dificil mantê-la com diversas pessoas que saiam da praia e iam direto para a piscina.

Provavelmente o pior hotel em que fiquei

Terrível estadia, provavelmente o pior hotel em que já fiquei, manutenção completamente inexistente. Estava com meu filho bebê de 8 meses e uma aleta do ar-condicionado quase caiu na cabeça dele e a água escorria do aparelho. Chamei o técnico do hotel e ele mesmo lamentou a situação. Havia buracos na parede do banheiro e o vidro do boxe não fechava. Armários sujos, nem tirei as roupas da mala. Os móveis do quarto eram muito antigos e todos manchados. Além disso, mesmo após 15 anos de troca do padrão, as tomadas ainda são no estilo antigo, ou seja, há muito tempo não tem uma manutenção. Todos os dias as mesas no café da manhã estavam sujas, não havia gente suficiente para limpar, mesmo em horários diferentes, já que eu e minha mulher comíamos em horários alternados. A garagem tinha vaga, mas depois de sair para jantar, acabaram as vagas e tive que deixar o carro na rua! Além de ter um aspecto horroroso. Fiz o pedido de troca do quarto mas a situação se repetiu, acabei optando por me manter no menos pior, mas com situação igualmente deplorável. Por fim, já vi hotéis de centro de cidade grande melhores que esse, me senti um otario de ter pago o mesmo valor que um hotel de luxo em Búzios que fiquei na mesma semana.
