「The moment we arrived at the beautiful property, Mary and Hana received us like family. Check In was flawless with an envelope with all the info and directions needed for a wonderful stay i awesome PTown. Room was extra clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, amazing! The bed and plenty of pillows were like heaven. The rest of the stay was spectacular, great and beautiful property. Definetely will be back soon. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
