"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "The lamp didn’t work, no towels, random top in the cupboard, most channels had “no signal” on the tv, very hot in the room, no fan, old equipment (hair dryer sort of equipment) the inside of the kettle was dirty, bed had more springs then mattress, bathroom wasn’t great, a bit grimy, and you can hear into nearly every room near you, the car parking was easy "
