The staff here are exceptional and the little extras make it very homely. We loved the games, the free soup and the room was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk into town.

Precis vad vi önskade för en tripp till Maastricht där vi bott förut. Fräscht rum, bra sängar inkl bäddsoffan o ett pentry m kyl för att kunna fixa sin egen frukost. Bra o centralt läge - gångavstånd till allt. Smidig in o utcheckning. Det enda vi hade att anmärka på var att det luktade lite illa då o då från avloppet i badrummet.

Wij hadden een zeer ruime nette kamer. Badkamer zag er ook netjes uit. Bij binnenkomst ook een klein apart gedeelte om koffie en thee te zetten met een magnetron en koelkastje. Alles zag er netjes en goed verzorgd uit. Wij wilden ivm de corona geen airco aan, maar met het raam open was er wel aanzienlijk veel herrie 's nachts op straat.

When we came to check in, it turned out I booked the hotel for a different night. Though completely my fault, the young host treated us great, gave us a drink and helped us out. We ended up with an upgrade of the room and had a wonderful stay, thanks to this young man and his colleague. I’m very grateful for this kind of service, I would recommend everyone to stay here because you know you will be in good hands!

sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Mastricht und man kann das Auto im Park and Ride Parkhaus nebenan parken. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber aber das Bad ist etwas klein. Das angebotene Frühstück war fantastisch. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuss.

De plaats in Maastricht is erg goed gelegen in een mooie wijk. Het ziet er mooi uit van de buitenkant en we werden goed ontvangen door een vriendelijke dame. De lobby is fancy met vintage meubels. De kamer zelf is erg groot met design elementen. Ik had voor 2 personen gereserveerd, maar heb toeristenbelasting betaald voor 3-personen (ik kwam er net achter, graag nog even contact hierover;). Verder is het erg prettig dat er een bad in zit, dit is voor 1 persoon. Er zit een raam in de deur van de badkamer waardoor je naar binnen kan kijken. Er zit ook een grote flatscreen tv in de kamer! Je zit dichtbij het station en loopt zo over de brug naar het oude centum van Maastricht. In verhouding is de prijs/kwaliteit ook goed, aanrader👍
