「Upon our arrival at the hotel's front desk, we were utterly dismayed by the complete lack of a warm welcome. The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different...

「Easy to get to and super easy contactless check in. Good value for money and good facilities in the room.」

「Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.」

「Hervorzuheben sind in jedem Fall die Inhaber! Da unsere Anreise mehr als turbulent verlief, wurde uns angeboten uns im Notfall zur Veranstaltung zu bringen. Großartig! Letztendlich konnten wir dann aber doch noch zu Fuß den Veranstaltungsort erreichen, die Lage des Hotels ist für unser Vorhaben unschlagbar gewesen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.」
