The room I was given was big and had a tiny balcony with a side ocean view even though the room category I booked was with no windows. The food on the buffet for breakfast and dinner was very good with different four options each day. The hotel beach had no shade just limited umbrellas and the swimming area was quite rocky with lots of pebbles and small rocks. The incline to get in and out of the water was steep. However just around the corner was a much better beach with lots of shade and all sand with an easy incline to get in and out. The lounge chairs are free to use if you order drinks or food from the team running the section. From here it is an easy walk out to the sand bar in front of the hotel. The restaurant staff were all friendly and courteous however the front desk staff and excursion staff seemed disorganized. The hotel sent a golf cart to pick us up from the ferry dock which was an unexpected surprise as they told us that we would have to walk the 5-8 minute distance with our luggage over the sandy streets ourselves. So there was a definite lack of communication on the hotels part. We also had no idea that the hotel is actually 4 different buildings with separate amenities in each building. There are 2 pools and 2 à la carte restaurants and one buffet restaurant spread out over the 4 buildings. Only one beach area for the hotel though.

The view was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the pool was closed on our last day. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend and stay here again.

The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy due to the construction around the property, no fault of the staff. There is only one elevator, so the wait times were long at times. I really liked the staff, they all try very hard to please.

Check in process was very slow and we hadcto wait in reception for a long time. Rooms were small but okay for a short stay. Staff were freiendly and attentive. There are alot of crows around the hotel, which is a problem during meal times and being woken up by them early in the morning. Food was good, with a good variety. However here are cats roaming around during meal times,whilst you are eating.

I had a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful everyone who works there is. It's amusing how they try to learn different languages and are fantastic at engaging with tourists in their own languages. I met many wonderful people during my visit. Hasim, in particular, was incredibly helpful and gave me great advice on what to visit and where to eat.

Very nice facility, beautiful beach, room was nice & spacious except our room was on the second floor faced the ocean & restaurants so at night was really noisy. Breakfast buffet was ok. Excursions by the hotel was too commercialized not real - mediocre snorkeling with nurse sharks and with turtles. At one of the reefs the open water-the currents were rough & corals all died out. They did not provided full snorkeling gear, no fin if you have live vests. The night fishing was fun, but they didn’t cook one of the big fish we caught for our dinner - BUMMERS!!!!

Raining Vacation

The 1st 3 days of our vacation we could not enjoyed much as it was raining on & off , but however we enjoyed the stay in our room as our room was facing the sea and we have best view from our room . The room was well lighted, clean and bathroom too. The last 2 days of our stay , the weather was good, we enjoyed walking along the beach and swim in the sea, The staff - front staff and housekeeping are friendly and courteous. Buffet breakfast and dinner are tasty and there should be more varieties. The spirals steps from the 10th floor up to my room on the rooftop (either 11th or 12th floor) should have markers so that guest are aware of the steps as they really steep.
