"I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager here does not take the time to talk to his employees to find out what has been going on before he gets there. This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"

"I requested an adjoining room. They gave me a room on the first floor and a room on the second floor.. they gave us a handicap shower on the lower floor, which I requested a bathtub. we are Hilton members Gold members.. I thought they would’ve been a little bit more accommodating"

"They did not have our room ready at check in. It was not ready until 7:00 pm. Hotel is out dated and need a good remodel and cleanings. Staff are typical rude young adults."

"They could do a lot better on environmentalism. Plastic cutlery could be bamboo, drink ware in room could be reusable instead of single use plastic, waste backs could be lined with paper bags not plastic, single use lotion could be replaced with a refillable pump dispenser, coffee pods could be replaced with something that does have a single use plastic tray that is thrown out after each cup. Decaf at the breakfast station would be nice for those of us Ruth medical issues that prevent caffeine intake. "
