"Room was shabby. Shower didn’t work. Only windows were small and high up in the wall. Reception person had an unfriendly attitude. Room didn’t look at all like photos. "

"We had a fabulous stay. All staff were warm and welcoming. Had a great laugh with the waiter at dinner. The food was wonderful, both dinner and breakfast. Beds were comfy. Absolutely recommend. "

"Aurora is a special place whose owners gave us such a warm welcome. On arrival we were given tea and freshly baked shortbread and fruit cake. Our room was tastefully decorated, airy and quiet. Breakfast was a feast of locally sourced produce and freshly baked bread. Our dog loved her visit and was thoroughly spoilt."
