This would be a great place to stopover on a roadtrip through the Lyon region. Pity I didn't have a car so had to rely on train which is 20 minutes away. However, it wasn't too hard to check out Lyon from here and was far cheaper than anything in town. The staff were brilliant, particularly the lady who checked me in who was very helpful and was able to communicate well in English which was appreciated.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par une partie du personnel de l’hôtel, ce qui a été apprécié. En revanche, d’autres employés nous ont donné des informations contradictoires, ce qui a nécessité des vérifications supplémentaires en cas de doute. La chambre n’a été nettoyée qu’une seule fois durant notre séjour de quatre jours, ce qui est insuffisant. Nous avons également découvert qu’il s’agissait d’un ancien établissement Formule 1, ce qui explique l’absence de sanitaires dans la chambre. Malheureusement, les sanitaires communs étaient dans un état déplorable, ce qui a fortement impacté notre confort. Malgré l’amabilité de certains membres du personnel, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais petit souci à l’arrivée : impossible d’accéder à la chambre avec le code fourni, faut appeler l’agent d’accueil pour qu’il vienne ouvrir. Heureusement, la personne a été réactive, mais c’est un point à améliorer pour plus de fluidité.

Excellent en tours Niveaus

J’ai été très satisfaite de mon arrivée à l’hôtel : l’enregistrement s’est déroulé sans encombre et le personnel a été extrêmement attentionné et accueillant. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié l’attitude bienveillante de l’établissement envers les animaux, ce qui est un vrai plus. Ma chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable, ce qui m’a permis de me sentir tout de suite à l’aise. J’ai aussi particulièrement apprécié l’excellente situation de l’hôtel, directement à proximité de l’autoroute, ainsi que le parking pratique juste devant l’établissement. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et reviendrai sans hésitation !
