Lyon mecure

Stayed in this hotel on way to italy and on the way back to the UK. Found the staff to be helpful & friendly. Also recommend eating at the hotel restaurant... lovely food & great service. Will happily stay here again.

Le cadre est agréablement calme, mais la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et ils n’ont pas de ventilateur à disposition. Je sais que nous sommes au mois de mai. Mais à Lyon au mois de mai, certaines journées sont lourdes et chaudes. Il me semble que pour un hôtel de ce standing, la climatisation est un élément DE BASE. En Asie, aux USA, au Moyen orient, et plus près de nous, en Espagne, ils ne sont pas si pingres avec le confort de leurs hôtes Bref, en hiver je conseille cet hôtel Au printemps je le déconseille fortement En été je ne sais pas, même si leur clim est supposée fonctionner, je ne l’ai pas testée

Séjour plutôt agréable. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre plutôt propre et étant à 4 nous avons pu bénéficier de chambres communicantes. Le seul petit bémol c’est qu’on a trouvés que le buffet du petit déj était chère pour pas énormément de choix.

Hôtel un peu isolé mais calme. Jolie chambre, spacieuse, propre et très bien isolée avec une literie de qualité et une superbe TV. Salle de bain agréable avec belle douche à l'italienne. Personnel accueillant et très disponible. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Animaux acceptés. Seuls bémols: hauteur des toilettes et absence de barre d'appui pour handicapés. Rapport prix-prestations très favorable.

Séjour très agréable. Bonne localisation de l’hôtel sur les hauteurs de Lyon. Hébergement conforme au standing d’un Mercure. Personnel accueillant et restaurant qui vaut bien le détour.
