Friendly welcome, but no towels in room. Quickly sorted by reception, but shouldn't have to ask! Looking tired, but i guess you get what you pay for and was cheap :-)

Bon hotel ibis!!!

Tres bon hotel mais il manque toujours le service thé/café bouilloire present au kyriad et qui me le fait préféré sinon bel hotel et tres bon petit dejeuner dommage qu´il n´y ait pas des sachets aux fibres naturels pour y enfermer les differents thés le matin!!!!

J’ai reservé une chambre payee sur expedia pour 1 adulte et 2 enfants de 8 et 12 ans avec petit déjeuner. A mon arrivee on m’affirme que seulement 2 petits dejeuners ont été payes… j’ai donc du payer 7€ de plus pour que ma fille de 8 ans puisse prendre son PJ… aucune tentative de résoudre le problème, juste ‘c’est 7€’…. Déplorable.
