Excited by the online info, so booked it. Turned on the sink and rusty water came out. It took minutes to clear. Walls and floor in loo room needed better cleaning. Went to breakfast at 9 and there was a bare spoonful of eggs, which my husband and I split. No salt and pepper on tables, No pepper when asked. Used google Translate to talk to concierge.

Tek avantajı merkeze 15dk yürüme mesafesinde ve yakınında metro durağı olması. Odası ise çok küçük, yatak büyüklüğü yetersiz ve yatak konforsuz idi, banyosu da neredeyse içeri giremeyecek kadar küçüktü.

Nous arrivons dans le quartier, pas forcement très accueillant. A la reception on nous informe qu'il n'y a pas de wifi pour le moment, pas de soucis en soi mais finalement la connexion dans la chambre est excessivement mauvaise donc le wifi aurait (peut être aidé). Chambre sans plus, par rapport aux photos du site nous sommes clairement déçus. Petite et pas forcement lumineuse, la fenetre donne sur le toit d'une cour intérieure. Nous mettons le panneau de ne pas faire la chambre quand nous partons le matin, quand nous revenons la chambre a été faite, et les serviettes qui étaient pendues ont toutes été changées (a quoi bon mettre un carton d'éco-responsabilité " linge accroché = je garde, linge à terre= je change, si ce n'est de toute façon pas respecté ?) Personnel par contre très sympathique.

Globalement accueil satisfaisant. Chambre froide et peu lumineuse. Hélas en arrivant quelques petites choses à nettoyer (traces de gras peu engageantes sur un chevet). J'ai pu profiter du chauffage d'appoint de l'accueil car j'ai eu froid dans la chambre... J'ai abandonné le petit dej. car les clients sur place ne respectaient pas le port du masque. Mais j'ai bien dormi c'etait calme et la literie est bonne. Quelques probl. de condensation dans la SdB (eau au sol). Enfin, il faut tenir compte que le quartier est ... fréquenté par les CRS et les trafics en tout genre (La Guillotière).

Une chambre correct mais l'accueil et le petit déjeuner... Le soir vous revenez vous dites bonsoir on ne vous répond pas.... J'ai du appeler 4 fois pour avoir ma facture, à chaque fois on me disait qu'on me l'enverrait... Sans suite ! Cela suite à un problème de logiciel... Le petit déjeuner, très peu de choix...suite à une rupture... Ne pas proposer de yaourt nature est un minimum, le commerce du coin en vend en dépannage si besoin ! Bref, j'ai connu mieux sur Lyon

Chercher un autre hôtel c est mieux

Hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles il y a pas d ascenseur donc venez sans bagages c’est mieux. Pas de carte magnétique pour les portes mais une seule clef par chambre donc en famille,il faut rentrer en même temps et c est tout. La porte d entrée fermait très mal donc mieux vaut dormir sur une oreille. Il y avait de la poussière dans la chambre particulièrement sur le bord de la tête de lit. Des toiles d araignées au plafond, des excréments de pigeon en quantité sur le bord de la fenêtre. La vue sur un immeuble très proche et une petite cours rempli de cigarettes. Le jour de notre arrivés il y avait un ticket de métro sur le sol dans le hall de l hôtel nous sommes partis 4 nuits plus tard le ticket était toujours là. Et pour finir l hôtel est proche du métro mais pas très accueillant à deux pas de l hôtel une véritable cours des miracles avec vendeur à la sauvette de cigarettes de contre bande et un marché à ciel ouvert de vendeur de misère à même le sol. Un point positif la salle de bain était propre.
