Double payment

I had a good stay at the hotel but there was two times a payment from my bank account. This cost me more than 2 hours for getting a solution for that after more than 5 calls en emails !

Bel hôtel à l’extérieur de Lyon. L’extérieur est impeccable avec un grand stationnement intérieur et extérieur. Le lobby est très bien décoré et le personnel tout à fait charmant. Le restaurant offre une superbe terrasse. On a adoré le petit déjeuner plutôt qualitatif. La chambre quant à elle était vraiment spacieuse, elle avait un décor contemporain relativement haut de gamme avec un immense balcon (pas de vue imprenable mais bon). La salle de bain était confortable et spacieuse. Nous y sommes allés deux jours pour visiter Lyon, l’hôtel est plutôt bien desservi par les transports en commun (à 40 min de la place Bellecour) On a adoré notre expérience, nous retournerons sans hésiter dans un hôtel Golden TULIP ! 🌷
