"A terrible experience staying at this hotel; unlike anything I’ve ever encountered before. It was just after midnight when the hotel attendant started knocking on my door. He told me that I would have to re-register to stay the night and change my room. He kept knocking on the door, relentlessly, setting my dog off for all to hear. I would only use this hotel as a very much the last resort. This experience was degrading and abusive as I was treated like a vagrant squatting inside my $180 hotel...

"The staff and waitress were very knowledgeable. Grounds were exceptionally clean. Visited Heavens bench twice while we were there. The views were fantastic. Definitely recommend this place."

"The property was worn looking but I believe they are working on it . Painting cleaning up etc. They need to pay more attention to garbage left out overnight and dumpsters overflowing. These things are more noticeable than the fact that they are repainting rooms etc. it’s what you see on arrival. The rooms themselves were well cleaned and comfortable but no closet or hanging space for cloths ."

"The room itself was larger than an average hotel room. While the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky, the beds themselves were great. Breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn breakfast. They ran out of some items in the morning. Pool and arcade are a nice touch. Front desk team was absolutely amazing! We look forward to staying here again soon!"
