「In the three and a half days I was there, not one housekeeper cleaned my room. The hotel indicated, on an information sheet given at check-in, that housekeeping would be done every other day. I got back to my room too late on the second day to call down to have any “light” cleaning. What was more troubling was the “handicap” features. Grab bar placement in the tub was inadequate, no non-stick surface on the tub had me in fear of a fall. The commode was normal height with no grab bar...

「No free breakfast, paid $15 for a microwaved burrito. They have. Starbucks though but no large cups for iced coffee. Bed was very firm, though to sleep on. Not sure how many meetings they hold out there but the pool would’ve been better than a vacant room.」

I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. 「Magnificent boutique hotel with all the amenities. Beautiful, curated rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. There is a lovely sitting room where you can enjoy wine and snacks during happy hour. Parking is on-site and it is a quick walk to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and I look forward to visiting again.」
