「This is my second stay at the Normandy when visiting Minneapolis. I have lots of family in the area and my oldest goes to college nearby. The location is great. Plenty of parking. Beautiful interior. It’s updated but still feels historic. We stayed in a suite this time and it was so spacious. Front desk staff is friendly and we had a few drinks at the bar which was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to return here. 」
「Loved that the rooms and bathrooms have solid doors. Really helps with privacy and not hearing others in the hallway. Just overall the room was really quiet! Also could not hear the outside traffic (unless someone was revving their car obnoxiously). I don’t know if I’ve stayed in a quieter room. We stayed 6 nights and only heard people (assuming kids) above us one night, which was a Saturday night.
Loved the kitchen area in the suite with full size fridge. The shower was great, excellent...
「After I had to get a hotel last minute & in a rush, I came across Radisson Red, they were so convenient and at an extremely walkable location! The staff is incredibly nice and even kept our bags after checkout while we explored a little more of Minneapolis before heading out. 」
