The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down.

Was a good stay even when someone unlocks my deadbolt around midnite,know when a bunch people checks in @ once things happen but maybe check name in room before using master key to enter a room
