「If The Ivy did hotels this is what they would be like. Beautiful decor, quirky layout and lovely hidden garden. Room felt luxurious and the bed was super comfy. We ate in the garden which was very relaxed, such a pretty setting. The breakfast was superb, eggy brioche with bacon was delicious and the continental selection was very high end. Latte and Americano coffees included which we've noticed that some hotels have started charging for - not good when you are paying a premium for your stay....

「The whole property was amazingly tastefully decorated..the staff were all very friendly..the room was very spacious with a very large comfortable bed..very modern bathroom...tray with bottled water, tea, cafetiere coffee, milk sugar..fridge in wardrobe...very tasty breakfast...would highly recommend and will definitely return...」

「So glad to have discovered this place- off the main roads. The whole experience was great- staff were lovely, dogs were made welcome too! Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. 「Why take your family away and stay in a faceless corporate hotel, cramped into one room, sitting on the beds, when you could be enjoying a lovely quiet rural cottage style family suite! Friendly, welcoming host, tasty continental breakfast - this is a very comfortable, spacious accommodation with all the amenities. The suite was perfect for us, centrally located, just a few minutes walk (no pavement) to the village, with some great eateries. 」

「We had a lovely stay! The room was fantastic and we wished we could stay for longer! The hosts were so nice that they even gave us a ride to the wedding we were attending in town. We will definitely be back soon and book our stay again. 」
