「Great for a quick one night stop. Staff all friendly」

「Very enjoyable stay at The George. Staff very helpful, breakfast was great, didn't need lunch any of the days we stayed. Room 3 was perfect for a family, two separate rooms with a bathroom in between.」

「Beautiful setting, full of character. Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast! The regular menu is also excellent. A nice respite in a busy world!」

「The breakfast was superb. It was so nice having a breakfast that was individually cooked and delivered to the table hot. The property is old and the floor in my room was at a slight incline. 「All perfectly」

「Rooms needed upgrading. Smelt of damp and no decent ventilation in shower room which didn’t help. Shower clean but old.Breakfast only served between 8-9 even at weekend. Food good. But they did try to charge for room again when I’d paid in full when booked. They did refund it.」

「Room was clean but starting to look a little bit tired. Had a great nights sleep.」

「The outside lights were very bright shining into the room.」

「The room was clean and spacious and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.」
