"While our room was clean, the hotel over all has an older feel to it. The outside is definitely run down. The pictures on Expedia are not true to what the hotel looks like."

"The room was clean. Loved the no carpet. Some minor quirks in the bathroom (bath faucet was lose, door handle was coming off, hair dryer was dirty). Overall, excellent room though."

"Breakfast service consistently ended 30–45 minutes earlier than the posted closing time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel also does not provide extra pillows, and any additional sheets or towels require guests to go down to the lobby themselves—even when these items should have been stocked based on the number of people registered for the room. When we first checked in, we walked into a room with a strong musty, damp odor. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms available, which felt unlikely. The next day, we discovered water seeping up through the floor and reported it to a different staff member. Fortunately, he took the issue seriously and moved us to another room. However, the leak and the resulting room change forced us to postpone our planned events for the day, which significantly disrupted our schedule and spoiled what should have been an enjoyable day."

"I was disappointed with the breakfast options which were exactly the same both mornings made it feel repetitive and lacking of variety. On top of that,gues weren't allowed to take breakfast back to their rooms."
