"They misled me. Before I booked, I was told I’d be able to extend my stay by a few hours, but after I completed the booking, they changed their answer and said it wasn’t possible. I was left to wait around in the lobby for 4 hours….I was more than happy to pay the additional fee, I did also specify everything in detail, yet I was repeatedly told NO"

"Megasaray West Beach was unreal. It looks like a resort that would exist in Miami. It has a fun, Kitchy style like Besty Johnson. The employees are all incredibly nice and helpful. They gave me a bottle of wine upon checking in and a bunch of free Starbucks coupons. The amenities are awesome! The buffets were super delicious and had all fresh produce. The bar has everything and the bar tenders are all very good! I didn't even really leave because everything was there. The pools were great with plenty of chairs and places to lounge. The spa was excellent. I had a lovely massage, hamam bath and facial. The beach access was perfect and there was a bar specially for the resort. The view of the mountains was unlike anything I've ever seen on a beach and I live near beautiful beaches in the USA. This has to be one of the nicest resorts I've ever stayed at. Bonus, there was a fun celebration for May 19th! I've learned so much about Turkiye this week. I really love the country so far and look forward to coming back again soon! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! "

"Unit 207 was quite small and the bed was on a low concrete platform so made it difficult to get in and out. The door lock is a magnetic, there is no manual unlook, so what happens if there is a power failure? Can the unit be opened from the inside if there is a power failure. It is extremely had to get into the underground parking lot. It is a single lane and very steep so it is hard to see if someone else trying to come the other way at the same time. My car had difficulty getting out of the parking lot. The engine kept stalling trying to get up the incline, the tires kept spinning etc. It as a horrible experience"

"Extended my trip for 4 more days as it was an excellent relaxing stay, great view of the sea, tasty food with variety of option. Hotel is super clean and decorated to the high standards, friendly staff, daily entertainment. The only down side is that it’s far from main Antalya town although transport is readily available. Would definitely go back again. "
