「This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve.」

「Very nice building, seems very new, great room (I stayed in the Executive Suite on 2 different trips), great staff. Overall great place, great breakfast buffet, amazing staff, great value. Maybe not the best location, close walk to Okada, a little to far to walk to MOA (about 20-25 minute walk), but only a 5 minute Grab ride, so not terrible. Safe location, walked around a bunch at all times of day and night, never felt unsafe. Overall 5 stars, I'll be back! 」
