"The hotel is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from central train station and local tram/buses makes it easier to explore the city. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and breakfast is in a small area with good breakfast spread."
"No fridge. No bath mat. No shower screen or door so rhe water comes out of the shower into onto the toilet area. Heater room doesn't work, there is air but not hot air. Double bed is 2 single push together. No cups just paper cups.

"Hotel is modern and clean but internet service was very spotty, parking garage entry system didn’t work well, and checking was very slow because of passport scanning system that didn’t work efficiently. One staff person was not helpful but Hugo saved the day. Getting into rooms with combination is inconvenient too."
