Convenient and comfortable.

Convenient location near the Place de Paris tram stop. Comfortable room, very good breakfast buffet. It’s possible to leave bags in a secure place after checking out, which has been very helpful. Would stay here again.

A clean and hygiene hotel with available needs.

Simple, clean, comfortable. Only stayed one night, the reception staff were very kind and helpful. Price could always be cheaper but that is business.

I liked to option of the two twin beds, that it was non-smoking and that breakfast was available. It was a convenient location but with no air conditioning, it was hard to sleep due to heat even with the window open and small fan going.

I love the convenience of public transportation in the area. Everything was within walking distance. The room was exactly what I needed for my stay. Nothing fancy, but I didn’t need fancy. The staff (especially Sevena) were especially helpful and so friendly. It made my trip easier with their guidance in how to get where I wanted to go. I highly recommend this hotel for convenient location for getting around, cleanliness and great staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Luxembourg.

Great location, plenty food options, 3mins walk to tram stop, free public transport in town, amazing! friendly staff, clean room. Not hearing noise from street, but can hear sound within the building, bathroom. The pillow can be improved.

Wifi doesn’t work at all. It’s terrible. The receptionist tells you to descend to the front desk to reconnect but it doesn’t work at all! They serve mortadella instead of ham.

Communicatie was prima. Bij het ontbijt ontbraken wel bolletjes of sneetjes brood. Geen idee wat je in het broodrooster kon doen. Ook geen gewone yoghurt gezien om de ontbijtgranen in te doen. Kortom het ontbijt was wat karig. Kamer was ok. Badkamer klein waardoor een douchegordijn de enige optie was.

Centrally located hotel

The hotel was easy to locate; we boarded the Luxtram from the airport and alighted at Place de Paris - the hotel was approximately 60 yards away from the tram stop! The hotel reception was very clean and the ladies at reception were always very friendly, informative and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good; plenty of choice: cheeses/meat/cereals/bread/jams/pastries/boiled eggs/tea and coffee. The hotel was only two tram stops away (Hamilius) from the centre/old town. Would recommend this hotel.

I liked that the hotel is in the center of the town. I didn't like that the parking space was in a different hotel about 500 m away; the space was quite narrow and cost 24 euros extra. The room looks okay, but the carpets need to be replaced.
