Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". "There were 3 cockroaches on bed when I opened the door. And a few more on the walls and toilet. We were told breakfast will start at 6:30. But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies. "We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!!
