"This is an excellent property to stay with family. In the heart of the city connecting both interlaken OST and West. Staffs were extreamly cooperative and liked the room size and the amenities in the hotel. Had an wonderful experience in breakfast as the staffs in restaurant were very warm and welcoming and ensure the guests goes out with a smile"

"This place was a great choice for easy convenience close to the train. The buffet included was great and helped cut down food cost. The only slight issue was since there is no air conditioning, you have to keep the windows open to allow for air flow. Not an issue in and of itself, but a few nights, people were pretty loud late into the night. I put my ear plugs in and was able to sleep fine. :) "

"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in Mürren, along with extremely efficient cable car service. "
