Excellent location in Edinburgh and 3mins walk from the tram… fabulous restaurants on the doorstep just loved location. Room and facilities fab for weekend break, we ate out each day had a drink in the hotel bar staff all just lovely highly recommend for an Edinburgh break

The room was spotless , though the heating was broken it was fixed within an hour by lovely helpful staff . Breakfast delicious . All staff we met were so friendly and polite. The only downside is the parking , couldn’t get a space for a while then found out we had to pay for it £14 for two nights ...
