「Staff not helpful and rooms not connected to the lobby」

「This place is my go to when I have to go visit my daughter at college. Its a little far away from uncp but there are restaurants around that are less expensive and family friendly. The hotel staff there is ccommodating and customer focused. It's been my go to for the past four years.」

「The pool was not accessible but over all nice staff」
