Liked the location, the staff was friendly and helpful. Did not like that it didn’t have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and not many TV channel options. Didn’t have amenities either

Basic

A clean but basic hotel in the middle of Boden. Breakfast was not as good as normally in scandinavian hotels. Particulary I missed real brewed coffee and oatmeal.

Choose another hotel

Picked this hotel due to nostalgic reasons as both my parents used to worked here and over the years I’ve spent quite some time in this place. Facilities are ok, not good but descent enough. Service level is disappointing and among the worst I’ve experienced (and I have been traveling in work around the world for more than 30 years). Very few staff members in the whole front office function (during my stay 1!) Leading to so many unnecessary delays, at times complete lack of basic service, and irritation. The main problem seems to be understaffing rather than the staff itself. In addition this is during the peak vacation period. Secondly the room was extremely hot with no means to control the temperature. I understand it’s an old building without AC, but this problem could be at least somewhat helped with small means (a descent fan for instance instead of cheap Charlie toys). The stay was a big disappointment. There are other hotels in this price range, my honest advice is to choose some other hotel, I know I will.

Mycket bra!

Mycket nöjd med vistelsen. Blev faktist bättre upplevelse än jag hade förväntat mig :) I rummet fanns det dessutom många eluttag och det väldigt bra då man ofta får leta efter uttagen på hotellrum. Fin service, rent och bra frukost som faktist ingår i priset (vilket tyvärr inte är så självklart idag med andra hotell som ska vara giriga och ta extra betalt).

Ingen Duchkräm och tvål i behållarna på rummet vilket jag informerade vid utcheckning och ingen ersättning för detta chabbel. Inte roligt att klä på sig igen och gå och påpeka detta när man skall gå och lägga sig.

Överlag bra, men dålig lukt

Rummet var ok, sköna sängar och kuddar. Men andra kvällen efter jag duschat började det lukta otroligt illa från avloppen. Jag gick ner i receptionen för att "klaga", får då veta att inga andra rum är lediga, jag får en doftspray och en uppmaning att spola vatten i brunnen och handfatet. Det luktade VIDRIGT. Sov med fönstret öppet, annars gick det inte. Hursom, fantastisk frukost iallafall!

Måste vara ett av Sveriges sämsta hotell.

Jag vill dela med mig av min upplevelse kring rummet under min senaste vistelse, då det var en del som inte levde upp till förväntningarna. Redan vid ankomst märkte jag att rummet inte var ordentligt städat – både sängen och golvet var dammiga. När jag sedan gick in i badrummet blev jag besviken över att det inte heller kändes rent. Duschen hade fläckar på väggen som gav ett ofräscht intryck, och dessutom var några av handdukarna fläckade med svarta märken, vilket inte kändes särskilt hygieniskt. Utöver detta var sängen väldigt liten, något som påverkade min sovkomfort. Det var dessutom extremt lyhört i rummet, vilket gjorde det svårt att koppla av och sova ostört. Sandy
