The staff were helpful the parking to hotel walk is a bit of a difficulty but considering it is centre of town can understand it but with bags was difficult. The breakfast options were good

The staff were great and very helpful. My bedroom was nice and overlooked the sqaure. Breakfast was pleasant, so too was the dinner. The adjoining pub had a great feel to it, like a traditional UK pub.

The property is nice overall. Breakfast excellent. It is a bit tired in places - looking outside to the balcony you see the rusty railing. Views are great from the top floor. Bathroom is nice - one of the best. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful. Classic early 1900’s architecture and nicely restored interior. Our room was large, well appointed and bright with floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast in the high ceilinged stunning ballroom with views of the bay was plentiful and well prepared. The staff was always helpful and professional. This is an excellent hotel

Very old, really need a deep refresh
The hotel is super old not really rennovated. I had to ask if my room was really a delux room (small and without comfort). The curtains don't properly close (which is a problem if you are there in June). The bed is noisy and so soft you might think it's a water mattress. Breakfast is chaotic, you have coffee in an extreme corner, plates and cutlery away from each other etc etc Service was poor.

Amazing breakfast, OK stay.
The breakfast at this hotel is amazing and the staff in the breakfast hall were very efficient and helpful. The room was fine but in our experience not as good as other cheaper hotels in Luleå. The check-in experience could have been better, we weren't given any information about breakfast or how to get to our room etc. The shower in the room wasn't great. This is the second Elite hotel we have stayed in and felt disappointed do I think we will avoid that chain in the future.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lulea. The room was a pleasing size and we looked forward to our stay. It has a grand atmosphere and suitably prestigious decor. Our stay unfortunately coincided with a famous Swedish singer's appearance in Lulea. The hotel was packed. Unfortunately, we had noise throughout the evening, either from noisy neighbours or from a noisy air conditioning unit or another water pump (still not sure what it was). That completely ruined the experience. In the morning, we complained but the very experienced receptionist seemed to dismiss our concerns. The breakfast was also a disaster, as it was full to capacity and the new staff could not cope with re-stocking and re-supplying food and crockery etc. There seemed to be a total lack of leadership in the dining area. So, overall, we stayed in a 4* hotel which on any other occasion could have provided a 4* experience, on this occasion for us, it failed completely.

Good hotel, good breakfast buffet in a beautiful setting. Location is good in the central part of luleå and the staff were all excellent. Our room was fine, only problem was the heater not being allowed to be set to a strong setting which when you're in Luleå as is getting cold is a negative. They have space heaters that you can borrow but we forgot about that.
