O local é muito bonito e a infraestrutura muito boa. Os funcionários são excelentes e muito simpáticos. E esta simpatia compensa um pouco a nítida falta de treinamento da equipe. Nossa experiencia nao foi das melhores. O isolamento acustico do quarto é muito ruim (até o caminhar do hospede do quarto de cima é ouvido embaixo). os funcionarios conversam na area de servico atras dos blocos a esquerda e o barulho comeca cedo. O restaurante tem nítidos problemas de gestao. Serviram uma comida muito boa num dia. Em outro nos serviram uma galinha caipira queimada (encomendada no incio da manha). informamos e sequer recebemos um pedido de desculpas. A noite uma pizza brotinho levou uma hora e meia pra ficar pronta. E o bar da praia fecha muito cedo. Sugestao a quem for: exija ficar em quarto do andar de cima em bloco do lado direito. DEvem ser menos barulhentos que os de baixo em blocos do lado esquerdo.

Local distante da cidade que dificulta vc buscar qualquer opção fora. Valores de alimentação e bebidas estimulam a buscar opcoes fora. Fora piscina, pouco entretenimento. Não houve nenhuma programação para crianças. Praia não é apropriada para banho, cheio de pedras.

Notamos que o café da manhã do hotel diminuiu a qualidade, parece que estão utilizando ingredientes em uma qualidade inferior ao que ofereciam anteriormente. Além disso, estão cobrando 10 reais a mais em uma tapioca, crepita ou cuscuz recheado, nunca vi isso! Nem hotéis mais simples fazem uma cobrança dessa. Uma diária neste valor não deveria ter este tipo de surpresa desagradável.
