「A heartfelt thank you to the Happy Rentals team for making our stay at Love of Lugano so special! They were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. The apartment is sparkling clean, modern, and perfectly located near the train station, great restaurants, and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Jessica」

「Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.」

「This was a decent stay. We were hoping to save some money by going this route instead of a hotel for overall price and a kitchen, and we did save money! There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. There is a garage space included, but it is for a very compact car, so plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment got the job done. Amazing? No. Good enough, yes. We weren't in...

「This property is simply spectacular! The amenities are great & there is every convenience you could ever want. The apartment is modern, extremely clean & spacious; the host is very communicative, responsive, respectful, kind & helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery etc. But the greatest part is the stunning lake views! You wake up in the mornings to the most beautiful lake & mountain views that bring you to an instant place of serenity that is almost inexplicable. We cannot wait to...

"We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal."
