「The property was spacious and everything was in great working condition. Location was very convenient, 5-6 minutes walking from the Arena, 5-10 minutes walking from main piazzas. Tons of restaurants close by. Had problem with check in. All communication in Italy is done through WatsApp, but Expedia doesn’t provide the phone number to the hotel, so I was not connected to the hotel, but website states that someone is always at the front desk from 10:00-19:00. 「This apartment is great! We had one bedroom and used the sofa bed, which was ok but it needs a mattress topper. Other than that, we can’t fault it. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had such a great choice of restaurants and you feel you’re in the heart of Verona. Also, once behind the giant door, it’s a peaceful place to end the day. We would happily recommend to anyone!」
