Hot Tub = ok but several jets did not work. Kitchen = small but dub functinal. Lodge = clean and cozy. Price = very reasonable. Restaurant = Staff was Stellar. Food was FABULOUS.

NB Comfort

This is a little piece of NB magic. So relaxing. The hot tub and sauna were a big hit. The cabin has that rustic comfort you only find in a place like NB.

Relaxing, clean, peaceful and with this awesome view that is beautiful any season. My go to place for physical and mental therapy. Cheaper than anywhere for what you get. 10/10 as always!

We enjoyed our stay in sept end. The fall colors were amazing, beautiful location in front of calm river. Enjoyed bbq, hot tub bath and sauna. Comfy rooms. Didn't use restaurant, laundry. I hope that would be good too. overall great experience.

A great stay & cute cabin. Had all the amenities and very well decorated. The restaurant was under staffed at the time, however, they were working hard to make sure everyone had what they needed. I would have scored a 5/5 but the hot tub area was not private at all. A privacy fence is much needed so that guests do not have to see all of their neighbors in their tubs as well.

The cabin was so darling and well kept, very clean. Extra bonuses was the hot tub and fire pit. 10 out of 10. All done without ever having to have any human interaction, which vs a hotel i like that i have customer service at hand . Other than that its a beautiful spot

A fifth amazing stay at pond's resort. The winter and calm makes it even more enchanted. Always love to go walk with my dog at Upper Miramichi park about 3 min away. Also a wonderful little cafe is open some days at the Woodsmen Museum which is also a great spot to walk. Can't wait for the summer tilo really visit it and maybe see the lumberjack championship in June! For snowmobile, side by side, VTT or any nature people it is an amazing spot for that too. Can't beat the spot and commodities for the price, about an hour from Miramichi or Fredericton. Go check it out you won't regret it!

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere

The propane heat stove was not working Although the pilot light was on It turned on for about 5 minutes and we were unable to get the flames back on the rest of our visit As well as the room we had was kitchenette I would suggest a deeper bathroom sink to do dishes Loved the hot tub at individual cottages

I went for a night and wished it had been two! Single cabins are roomy, beautiful, comfortable and have just what you need to enjoy a peaceful day and evening in nature with your own BBQ, hot tub and propane firepit. Even more quiet off season during the week like I did with great prices. Microwave, 2 Lasyboys, fireplaces and many tv channels/app options. Good to know the jets on hot tub are adjustable by twisting,good pressure and warm enough all while looking at the amazing river views. Restaurant open from 4-8 with great menu but did not have the chance to try. In summary just go to PONDS resort. You won't be disappointed!!!

The property was updated, very clean, well stocked, comfortable new mattress, new linens, nicely decorated inside and gorgeous scenery -just like a serene movie. The hot tub was clean and ready to go., Nice BBQ and chairs on the front deck of the cottage. We ate at the restaurant where everything was delicious with generous servings. Excellent communication and very friendly people. We stayed for only one night but plan to return for a few days next year. Just a short drive away, we went on the McNamee/Priceville Footbridge which is the longest suspension footbridge in New Brunswick, Canada. Overall, we highly recommend this property if you want serenity and relaxation.

Had such an amazing stay for the 3rd time. 10/10. Always wish I could stay longer. PONDS is the place to go for a calm retreat at an unbeatable price either 77alone, as a couple or even a group getaway in their bigger cottages. Hot tub, BBQ, firepit in season, sauna and cottages are great, domes looks very cozy. Lover of water and nature you will be delighted. Pet friendly and bunch of places to walk close ( ponds resort river when safe, upper Miramichi park, Woodmen museum, doaktown river and park). Some people might say the privacy for the hot tub for some spot is not the best because people are close but I always felt comfortable and once the jets are on you feel in your own world barely hearing. I completely recommend Ponds resort!

The room was clean. Bed extremely hard. Polyester bed sheets. Pillow flat and not replaced when asked. Bathroom cabinet unfinished with exposed and easily knocked pressure relief valve. Clean towels sitting on floor of unfinished cabinet with known mouse issue. Floors of cabin shook badly when walking on them and felt spongy. Very long wait in dining hall due to staff shortage. Food good. Extremely poor to nonexistent internet and therefore no tv. Very weak cell phone signal. Difficult to keep in touch with elderly famil at home
