The rest of the cleaning and security team were also amazing. The location is great close to yaya and other malls but the apartments are secluded and quiet. The only suggestion "

"I recently stayed at Royal Caanaan Nairobi for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, surrounded by malls and restaurants, all within walking distance. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, and the managers were very attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and quiet, with a strong emphasis on security, which made me feel very safe. Although I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast or visit the spa and pool, I was impressed by the amenities. One small downside was the presence of alcohol in the room, which might not be suitable for everyone, but the staff was very accommodating and removed it promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!."
