「We recently stayed 3 nights at Heritage Grand Perast and were deeply disappointed by the service. For a hotel charging luxury rates, the local staff were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times came across as vindictive when we raised concerns or asked for assistance. The property itself is beautiful, but hospitality matters—and unfortunately the staff experience overshadowed the setting.
